| minimatch is a minimal matching utility for converting glob expressions into JavaScript RegExp objects. Versions 10.2.0 and below are vulnerable to Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) when a glob pattern contains many consecutive * wildcards followed by a literal character that doesn't appear in the test string. Each * compiles to a separate [^/]*? regex group, and when the match fails, V8's regex engine backtracks exponentially across all possible splits. The time complexity is O(4^N) where N is the number of * characters. With N=15, a single minimatch() call takes ~2 seconds. With N=34, it hangs effectively forever. Any application that passes user-controlled strings to minimatch() as the pattern argument is vulnerable to DoS. This issue has been fixed in version 10.2.1. |

Versions 4.9.0 through 4.12.1 contain an input-validation flaw in the returnTo parameter, which could allow attackers to inject unintended OAuth query parameters into the Auth0 authorization request. Successful exploitation may result in tokens being issued with unintended parameters. This issue is fixed in version 4.13.0. |

| Fastify incorrectly accepts malformed `Content-Type` headers containing trailing characters after the subtype token, in violation of RFC 9110 §8.3.1(https://httpwg.org/specs/rfc9110.html#field.content-type). For example, a request sent with Content-Type: application/json garbage passes validation and is processed normally, rather than being rejected with 415 Unsupported Media Type.
When regex-based content-type parsers are in use (a documented Fastify feature), the malformed value is matched against registered parsers using the full string including the trailing garbage. This means a request with an invalid content-type may be routed to and processed by a parser it should never have reached.
Impact:
An attacker can send requests with RFC-invalid Content-Type headers that bypass validity checks, reach content-type parser matching, and be processed by the server. Requests that should be rejected at the validation stage are instead handled as if the content-type were valid.
Workarounds:
Deploy a WAF rule to protect against this

| lxml_html_clean is a project for HTML cleaning functionalities copied from `lxml.html.clean`. Prior to version 0.4.4, the <base> tag passes through the default Cleaner configuration. While page_structure=True removes html, head, and title tags, there is no specific handling for <base>, allowing an attacker to inject it and hijack relative links on the page. This issue has been patched in version 0.4.4. |
| lxml_html_clean is a project for HTML cleaning functionalities copied from `lxml.html.clean`. Prior to version 0.4.4, the _has_sneaky_javascript() method strips backslashes before checking for dangerous CSS keywords. This causes CSS Unicode escape sequences to bypass the @import and expression() filters, allowing external CSS loading or XSS in older browsers. This issue has been patched in version 0.4.4. |
| Binutils objdump contains a denial-of-service vulnerability when processing a crafted binary with malformed DWARF debug information. A logic error in the handling of DWARF compilation units can result in an invalid offset_size value being used inside byte_get_little_endian, leading to an abort (SIGABRT). The issue was observed in binutils 2.44. A local attacker can trigger the crash by supplying a malicious input file. |
