CVSS v3.1 |
| The Advanced Ads – Ad Manager & AdSense plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection via the 'order' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.15 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bus: fsl-mc-bus: fix KASAN use-after-free in fsl_mc_bus_remove()
In fsl_mc_bus_remove(), mc->root_mc_bus_dev->mc_io is passed to
fsl_destroy_mc_io(). However, mc->root_mc_bus_dev is already freed in
fsl_mc_device_remove(). Then reference to mc->root_mc_bus_dev->mc_io
triggers KASAN use-after-free. To avoid the use-after-free, keep the
reference to mc->root_mc_bus_dev->mc_io in a local variable and pass to
fsl_destroy_mc_io().
This patch needs rework to apply to kernels older than v5.15. |
| The Team Section Block plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's block in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied social network link URLs. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
btrfs: do not clean up repair bio if submit fails
The submit helper will always run bio_endio() on the bio if it fails to
submit, so cleaning up the bio just leads to a variety of use-after-free
and NULL pointer dereference bugs because we race with the endio
function that is cleaning up the bio. Instead just return BLK_STS_OK as
the repair function has to continue to process the rest of the pages,
and the endio for the repair bio will do the appropriate cleanup for the
page that it was given. |

| The Quantenna Wi-Fi chipset ships with a local control script, set_tx_pow, that is vulnerable to command injection. This is an instance of CWE-88, "Improper Neutralization of Argument Delimiters in a Command ('Argument Injection')," and is estimated as a CVSS 7.7 (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:N).
This issue affects Quantenna Wi-Fi chipset through version 8.0.0.28 of the latest SDK, and appears to be unpatched at the time of this CVE record's first publishing, though the vendor has released a best practices guide for implementors of this chipset. |

| The Academy LMS – WordPress LMS Plugin for Complete eLearning Solution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to privilege escalation via account takeover in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.0. This is due to the plugin not properly validating a user's identity prior to updating their password and relying solely on a publicly-exposed nonce for authorization. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to change arbitrary user's password, including administrators, and gain access to their account. |
