CVSS v3.1 |
| RubyGems version 2.6.12 and earlier fails to validate specification names, allowing a maliciously crafted gem to potentially overwrite any file on the filesystem. |
| RubyGems version 2.6.12 and earlier is vulnerable to a DNS hijacking vulnerability that allows a MITM attacker to force the RubyGems client to download and install gems from a server that the attacker controls. |
| Remote code execution occurs in Apache Solr before 7.1 with Apache Lucene before 7.1 by exploiting XXE in conjunction with use of a Config API add-listener command to reach the RunExecutableListener class. Elasticsearch, although it uses Lucene, is NOT vulnerable to this. Note that the XML external entity expansion vulnerability occurs in the XML Query Parser which is available, by default, for any query request with parameters deftype=xmlparser and can be exploited to upload malicious data to the /upload request handler or as Blind XXE using ftp wrapper in order to read arbitrary local files from the Solr server. Note also that the second vulnerability relates to remote code execution using the RunExecutableListener available on all affected versions of Solr. |
| Audit before 2.4.4 in Linux does not sanitize escape characters in filenames. |
| Java out of memory error and significant increase in resource consumption. Component: OpenDaylight odl-mdsal-xsql is vulnerable to this flaw. Version: The tested versions are OpenDaylight 3.3 and 4.0. |
| StreamCorruptedException and NullPointerException in OpenDaylight odl-mdsal-xsql. Controller launches exceptions in the console. Component: OpenDaylight odl-mdsal-xsql is vulnerable to this flaw. Version: The tested versions are OpenDaylight 3.3 and 4.0. |
| DOMRpcImplementationNotAvailableException when sending Port-Status packets to OpenDaylight. Controller launches exceptions and consumes more CPU resources. Component: OpenDaylight is vulnerable to this flaw. Version: The tested versions are OpenDaylight 3.3 and 4.0. |
| Incomplete blacklist vulnerability in the chfn function in libuser before 0.56.13-8 and 0.60 before 0.60-7, as used in the userhelper program in the usermode package, allows local users to cause a denial of service (/etc/passwd corruption) via a newline character in the GECOS field. |
| vim before patch 8.0.0056 does not properly validate values for the 'filetype', 'syntax' and 'keymap' options, which may result in the execution of arbitrary code if a file with a specially crafted modeline is opened. |
| IcedTea-Web before 1.5.3 and 1.6.x before 1.6.1 does not properly sanitize applet URLs, which allows remote attackers to inject applets into the .appletTrustSettings configuration file and bypass user approval to execute the applet via a crafted web page, possibly related to line breaks. |
| expand.c in Exim before 4.83 expands mathematical comparisons twice, which allows local users to gain privileges and execute arbitrary commands via a crafted lookup value. |
| sshd in OpenSSH before 6.6 does not properly support wildcards on AcceptEnv lines in sshd_config, which allows remote attackers to bypass intended environment restrictions by using a substring located before a wildcard character. |
| actionpack/lib/action_dispatch/http/request.rb in Ruby on Rails before 3.0.14, 3.1.x before 3.1.6, and 3.2.x before 3.2.6 does not properly consider differences in parameter handling between the Active Record component and the Rack interface, which allows remote attackers to bypass intended database-query restrictions and perform NULL checks via a crafted request, as demonstrated by certain "['xyz', nil]" values, a related issue to CVE-2012-2660. |
| Subversion before 1.6.23 and 1.7.x before 1.7.10 allows remote authenticated users to cause a denial of service (FSFS repository corruption) via a newline character in a file name. |

NVIDIA GeForce Experience contains a vulnerability in the installer, where a user installing the NVIDIA GeForce Experience software may inadvertently delete data from a linked location, which may lead to data tampering. An attacker does not have explicit control over the exploitation of this vulnerability, which requires the user to explicitly launch the installer from the compromised directory.

Dell Command | Update, Dell Update, and Alienware Update versions before 4.6.0 and 4.7.1 contain Insecure Operation on Windows Junction in the installer component. A local malicious user may potentially exploit this vulnerability leading to arbitrary file delete.
|
|
Dell Command | Integration Suite for System Center, versions before 6.4.0 contain an arbitrary folder delete vulnerability during uninstallation. A locally authenticated malicious user may potentially exploit this vulnerability leading to arbitrary folder deletion.
|
| Dell Command | Intel vPro Out of Band, versions before 4.4.0, contain an arbitrary folder delete vulnerability during uninstallation. A locally authenticated malicious user may potentially exploit this vulnerability leading to arbitrary folder deletion.

| An issue was discovered in Gitpod versions prior to release-2022.11.2.16. There is a Cross-Site WebSocket Hijacking (CSWSH) vulnerability that allows attackers to make WebSocket connections to the Gitpod JSONRPC server using a victim’s credentials, because the Origin header is not restricted. This can lead to the extraction of data from workspaces, to a full takeover of the workspace. |
| HTML Email Injection in Tribe29 Checkmk <=2.1.0p23; <=2.0.0p34, and all versions of Checkmk 1.6.0 allows an authenticated attacker to inject malicious HTML into Emails |
